From our two warehouses in Loiu (Bizkaia) and Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona), we can offer a wide range of profiles and grades, backed by years of experience and technical know-how. We can count with the strength of our factories, with over 100 years of knowledge at our customers' disposal, and the flexibility of our warehouses, enabling us to supply orders of any size with European quality product.

 

The vertical integration of our group allows us to cover the entire product life cycle, from the melting process to the final delivery of the material to the customer. Valbruna Ibérica combines the efficiency and scale of a production plant with the flexibility and service of a distributor.

We supply a wide variety of applications and markets with nearly 100 grades of stainless steels and nickel alloys, in Electric Furnace melted, electroslag (ESR) or vacuum remelted (VAR) versions and a range of profiles including round, flat, square, hexagonal, angle, as well as wire, ingot and billet,

 

Our material is certified and tested according to national and international standards or customers specifications as well as numerous system and product approvals.

 

We also provide the following tailor made services: 

• Material available from stock within 24 hours.
• Scheduled deliveries according to different needs.
• Cutting fixed length so they can enter the customer's manufacturing cycle directly.
• Bar marking
• Material testing through external laboratories and 3.2 certification management.
• Centralized storage service and safety stock to cover possible just-in-time needs.

The Group

Founded in 1925 and a leader in the production of Stainless Steels and Nickel Alloys Long products, Valbruna is a private company with 2.600 employees and an annual output of approx. 300.000 tons of specialty steels.

 

With 4 Production Facilities, two in Italy (Vicenza and Bolzano), one in the United States (Fort Wayne, IN) and one acquired in 2019 in Canada (Welland, Ontario), Valbruna is one of the leading players in the siderurgical industry.
